Cookie Policy

Il Mister uses one cookie, to keep you signed in, and remembers a few display preferences in your browser. No analytics, no advertising, no tracking.

1. The short version

  • We set one cookie. It keeps you signed in.
  • Your browser also remembers a few preferences (such as the colour theme). They stay on your device and are never sent to us.
  • There are no analytics, advertising or social-media cookies, and no third-party trackers.
  • Because everything here is needed for the service you asked for, we do not show a cookie banner. If that ever changes, we will ask for your consent first.

2. Cookies and browser storage

A cookie is a small text file a website stores in your browser and receives back with each request. Browser storage ("local storage" and "session storage") is similar, but the content stays in your browser: the site can read it while you are on the page, and it is not sent to the server.

This policy covers ilmister.org and its subdomains, operated by Veritor Group SRL. How we handle personal data in general is explained in the Privacy Policy.

4. Preferences kept in your browser

These entries exist only on your device. They make the Game look and behave the way you left it.

5. Third parties

The site is delivered through Cloudflare, which protects it against attacks. When Cloudflare needs to tell visitors from automated traffic, it may set a short-lived security cookie of its own (for example __cf_bm or cf_clearance). These are strictly necessary and are not used to follow you across sites.

Fonts and images are served from our own domain. We embed no analytics scripts, advertising networks, social-media buttons or third-party video.

VIP purchases are not open yet. When they open, the payment provider (Stripe) may use cookies needed to process the payment and prevent fraud on the checkout; this policy will be updated before that happens.

6. Why you see no cookie banner

EU rules require consent before a site stores or reads information on your device, except where this is strictly necessary to provide a service you explicitly requested (Article 5(3) of Directive 2002/58/EC; in Romania, Article 4(5) of Law no. 506/2004). Signing in and remembering your own display choices fall under that exception, so there is nothing to consent to.

We will not add analytics, advertising or any other non-essential cookie without first updating this policy and asking for your consent, with a choice that is as easy to refuse as to accept.

7. Your control

  • Log out to remove the session cookie.
  • Clear site data in your browser settings to remove the cookie and every stored preference. The Game then returns to its default look, and you will need to log in again.
  • If you block cookies for this site, you can still read the public pages (such as the Manual), but you cannot stay signed in.
