Club pages and communications
Public identity, private messages, notifications and the manager's weekly desk.
On this page
Private desk, public club
Club home is the private operating desk; the public club page is the sporting identity other managers can inspect. Both read real records, but ownership controls which fields are exposed.
Private versus public
Club home
Weekly rail, next fixture, squad availability, alerts and current club work.
Public club profile
Identity, manager status, competition, form, exact Strength, Tactical and Combined ratings, World Rank, fixtures, transfers, honours and records.
Never public here
Exact finances, owner-only potential, private notes, saved tactics and manager messages.
Notifications are generated by events
Training changes, matches, injuries, returning players, awards, transfers and emergency actions create categorised notifications. A dedupe key prevents the same event from being announced twice.
- Opening an unread item marks that notification read.
- Clearing a disposable notification removes the alert, not the underlying fixture, player or ledger row.
- Links point to the durable record whenever one exists.
Manager-to-manager contact
Private conversations begin from another managed club and keep replies in one thread. VIP press releases are public club statements; they can frame facts already in the game but cannot invent a result or alter a sporting value.
Managing several clubs
An account can be allowed to run up to 3 clubs, each in a different country and on a different continent. Every club is a separate club: its own squad, finances, stadium, sponsors and academy. Manager Home lists your clubs; Manage club switches the whole tab to one of them, and every save goes to the club the tab is showing.
Your clubs never deal with each other. They cannot buy from or bid against each other, sign a player one of them released, collect a resale share from each other or play a friendly against each other or a quick match against a bot from the division of any of your clubs, and one analyst works for all of them. You can leave one of several clubs from Manager Home: it returns to the league without a manager, everything open in its name is closed, the private notes and preferred positions you kept on its players are erased, and you cannot found or take over another club until next season.
- Clubs beyond your first need active VIP. When VIP ends, you keep one club — the one you chose on Manager Home, or your first — and the others are frozen: still yours, but the assistant picks their side and nothing can be changed there.
- Frozen clubs return to the league without a manager when the season changes, unless VIP is active again before then; renewing unfreezes them at once.
- Notifications name their club once you run more than one, and open that club.
- Your public profile lists every club you manage.
